Our place, Consolidated Dynamics Pvt. Ltd., is situated at 40, Manish Industrial Estate No.5. We are out in the Navghar area, near Vasai Road on the east side. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but for us, it’s just the daily commute. The estate has a lot of different units, and we are tucked away in number five. Things move at a steady pace around here. We handle a lot of different dynamic engineering tasks throughout the week. The area around Vasai Road is always growing, and you can see new buildings popping up all the time. Our workshop is simple. We have the tools we need and a small space for the office work. It’s not a polished corporate office by any means. There is grease on the floor sometimes and the smell of metal in the air. We prefer it that way because it shows we are actually working. We don't spend much time on marketing or any of that stuff. We just focus on what’s in front of us at Manish Industrial Estate. It’s a practical location for a company like Consolidated Dynamics. We’ve been here a while and know the other folks in the estate quite well. We share the same problems like traffic and electricity cuts, but we make it work. Just a regular bunch of people doing technical work. We stay focused on the job and don't make things complicated for ourselves or others.
