Our office is tucked away in Building C 19 at Shantipark, over in Miraroad East. It is room 004, so it is right there on the ground level for anyone walking by. Being in Poonamnagar means we see a lot of the same faces from the locality, which is nice. We handle computer stuff, mostly repairs and setup work for people living nearby in Thane. The city can be busy, but our little corner is usually alright. The shop isn't some glass-fronted showroom. It is just a practical space where we keep our screwdrivers, soldering irons, and spare parts. Sometimes the desk is a total mess of wires, but we know where everything is. We have been at this for a bit now. People come to us when their desktops will not start or when the internet acts up. We do not use big words or try to sell things you do not need. It is just about getting the tech working again so you can go back to your day. We have learned that being honest works best in this business. If a part is expensive or hard to find, we will let you know the cost upfront. No surprises later on. The neighborhood is quiet enough, and we like the vibe here.
