This place is out in Unit No. 3 of Building No. 2, over in Agarwal Udyog Nagar on Sativali Road. It’s a bit of a trek to get out to this part of Thane, especially when the traffic on Sativali Rd gets backed up, which happens almost every day. Since we handle forms and paper stuff, the whole unit usually smells like ink and dust. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always the sound of machines humming in the background from the neighbors. We have big stacks of paper everywhere, and sometimes it feels like the boxes are going to touch the ceiling. It’s not a place for visitors really, just a spot where we get the printing and sorting done. The light is okay because of the big windows, but it gets really hot in the afternoons. We have a small table in the corner where we eat our lunch. Most of our time is spent making sure the machines are running right and that the orders are packed up for the delivery trucks. It’s a lot of physical work, moving things around and keeping track of what’s going out. We don’t have any fancy office furniture, just sturdy tables that can hold the weight of all that paper. It’s a straightforward job in a busy industrial estate, and we just try to keep everything moving so we can head home at a decent hour.
