You can find us over at Taha Complex, specifically in Gala No. 2. We are in the Kherdi area, right near Sanskriti Hall. Being in a gala means it’s a bit of a mixed space—part office and part workshop. We work as consultants for food processing. This means we spend most of our time talking to people who want to start their own food businesses or improve the ones they already have. We’ve seen all sorts of setups, from tiny home kitchens to larger units. Our space is filled with technical manuals, layout drawings, and old machinery parts that we use for reference. It’s not a clean, white-walled office; it’s more of a place where we get our hands dirty. We have a couple of desks and a big table where we spread out plans. Kherdi is a bit industrial, so there’s always the sound of work going on nearby. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. People come to us when they have a problem with their production line or when they aren't sure how to get a certain license. We just sit down with them, have some tea, and go through the details step by step. It’s slow work sometimes, but it’s honest. We have helped quite a few local folks get their projects off the ground. It’s just what we do here in our little corner of the complex.
