Venu Gopalan Company

The Venu Gopalan Company is run out of Madathil House in Kunisseri Post, Palakkad. It’s not a traditional office building; it’s more of a home-based setup where we handle our business affairs. Because we are in Palakkad, things tend to move at a slightly slower pace than in the big cities, which we actually quite like. The house is usually quiet, except for the sounds of the neighborhood and the occasional ringing of the phone. We deal with a lot of administrative work and local commerce stuff that keeps us at our desks for most of the day. There are stacks of files and ledgers that have been around for years. We try to keep the paperwork under control, but it always seems to grow back. Since it’s a small operation, we handle everything from the cleaning to the accounting ourselves. Sometimes we sit out on the porch during breaks to get some fresh air and watch the birds. It’s a very personal way to run a company. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist greeting people at the door. If someone comes by, they usually just call out at the gate. We’ve been here for a long time and the locals in Kunisseri know us well. We aren't looking to expand into some massive corporation. We are perfectly happy just managing our work from Madathil House and keeping things simple and honest. It’s a good way to live and work without too much stress or noise.
