Redsun Coorg Filter Coffee

Out here at 548/48 in Chadayankalai, we focus on filter coffee. We are based in Kanjikode West, which is part of the Palakkad area. It is a busy mix of industrial spots and houses around here, and we have been part of the neighborhood for some time now. The coffee we handle mostly comes from Coorg, and we spend our days getting it ready for people who like that specific taste. It is a hands-on job, smelling the roast and packing up the bags. The shop is simple, and there is nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. We usually have a lot going on with the grinders and the packaging work. Palakkad can get pretty hot in the afternoons, so we try to get most of the heavy lifting done early in the morning. People know us for being down here in Kanjikode West. It is a practical location for us to get the raw beans in and the finished coffee out to the customers. We do not have a marketing team or anything like that, just a few of us making sure the filter coffee is done the right way. Sometimes the machinery gets loud and the smell of coffee is everywhere, which we do not mind at all. We just stick to what we know, which is the Coorg beans. We keep the operation local and honest.
