Our distillery is out in Changaleeri, which is a small spot near Kumaramputhur. The address is II/577B, and the building is called Shirdi Bhavanam. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but we like it that way. The air is better out here. We deal with spirits and brewing, which involves a lot of waiting and watching temperatures. It’s not the most exciting work to watch, but it takes a lot of attention. Shirdi Bhavanam is a sturdy building that houses our tanks and bottling line. We have a small crew of workers from the local villages. They know the equipment inside and out. We don’t have a fancy corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find someone in boots moving crates around. The Palakkad heat can be pretty intense in the afternoons, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there; we just want to make sure the batches are consistent. There’s no big marketing strategy here. We just follow the rules, keep the pipes clean, and make sure everything is recorded properly. If you pass through Kumaramputhur and head toward Changaleeri, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s just a regular workplace where people put in their hours and do their jobs. No frills, just brewing and bottling every day in a quiet corner of the district.
