We are based out of Ganegaon, right near the Z P School. If you know House No 625, that’s where you’ll find us. It’s a local operation, and we work closely with the folks around Bhoom in Osmanabad. Being an agro producer company means we are always thinking about the crops and what the farmers in our circle are doing. Popat Shridhar More helps look after the place. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls. It’s a house where we meet and talk about the harvest. The school nearby is usually loud during the day, which gives the place some life. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out in the fields checking on things. Osmanabad weather can be tough, but we’ve lived here our whole lives, so we know what to expect. We don't have a marketing department. We just rely on the people we know and the work we do. If a tractor breaks down or the rain is late, that’s what we talk about. It’s a very grounded way of living and working. Our paperwork stays in a few folders on a wooden desk. We just want to help the local producers get their stuff to market without too much trouble. It’s simple, rural work, and we like it that way. No one here wears a suit. We just wear what’s comfortable for a day of work and keep going until the sun sets.
