Four Factor Zp Agro Producer Company Limited

We started Four Factor Zp Agro Producer Company Limited because we wanted to do something for the farmers around Tugaon. We are based out of Ajit Kalyani Mule’s place right here in the village. If you know the Omerga area, you know how the weather can be sometimes. We just spend our days dealing with crops and trying to figure out the best way to get things to market without too much trouble. It isn't always easy working in Osmanabad district. The roads can be dusty and some days are long. But we live here, and this is what we do. People mostly know us by our names rather than the big company title on the papers. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning or anything like that. It’s mostly just sitting around talking about seeds and rain. Sometimes we meet under the shade when it gets too hot in the afternoon. We just want to make sure the work gets done and everyone gets a fair shake. It’s hard work being in the agro business but it is what our families have always known. Tugaon is a small place but we keep busy enough. Most of us grew up here and stayed to help out with the land. It’s a quiet life mostly. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to keep the farm work moving along for everyone in the group. There is always something to do on the farm.
