Our office is at House Number 4935 in Murud, which is a bit of a drive out in Latur. We’ve been here in Maharashtra for a while now, focusing on construction projects in and around this specific area. It’s different from the big cities like Mumbai or Pune. Things move a bit slower here, but there is still plenty of work to do if you know where to look. We handle mostly local building jobs. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know how to get things built properly. The office is part of the community, and people often just drop by to ask a question or check on how their project is coming along. We don't have any polished sales pitches or marketing materials. We just tell people what we can do and how much it will cost. Building things in Latur means you have to be ready for anything, from supply shortages to really hot days where you can't work in the afternoon because of the sun. We take it as it comes. We’ve been involved in many small projects around Murud over the years. It’s good to see something you built still standing years later when you drive past it. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be fair with everyone we work with. It's a simple way of doing business, but it works for us. We are just local builders making a living.
