We are based in Anand Nagar, Osmanabad. It’s a quiet enough place in Maharashtra, and our office is right in the middle of it. We work on developing different projects around the area. It’s not a huge operation, just a local group of us trying to put together buildings and spaces that people can actually use. Osmanabad has its own pace, and we try to stick to that. We don't have a lot of fancy brochures or a high-tech office. Usually, it’s just a few of us sitting around a table with some blueprints and a lot of tea. We spend a lot of time talking to local folks about what they need. Being in 413501 means we are close to the people we are building for. It’s important to stay grounded in the local community. Sometimes the projects take longer than we’d like because of red tape or weather, but we just keep at it. It’s a slow and steady process. We don't try to act like we’re some big city firm. We’re just local developers who know the land and the people here. Every day brings a new challenge, whether it’s a site issue or just some complicated paperwork. We take it one step at a time and try to be fair in how we do things. That’s how we’ve always run the place and we haven't found a reason to do it differently. It's home for us.
