Our office is right beside Canara Bank, not far from the Usha Kiran petrol pump. It's a very busy area because we are right opposite the Dayanand College gate. There are always students and bikes moving around throughout the day. We’ve been here for a while, working on different building and development projects. It’s mostly about construction and land around this side of the city. We don't have a big team of sales people in suits. It’s just us and the guys who manage the sites. We spend a lot of our time out at the actual construction sites, making sure things are moving along as they should. When we are actually in the office, we’re usually looking at maps or talking to contractors about materials. The college being right there makes it a lively place to work. Sometimes it’s hard to find a place to park your car near the bank, but that’s just how it is on this main road. We don't make big promises or use any of that marketing speak you hear everywhere. We just show people what we’ve built or what we’re planning to do next. Folks stop in to ask about small plots or how the new developments are coming along. We like to keep things very simple and practical. If you want to know about a project, we just pull out the drawings and show you. We’ve seen this whole area grow a lot since we first started out.
