Life moves at its own pace out here in Gulhalli. Our office is located at Anandappa Shivrudrappa Hanjage’s place right in the village. Even though Tuljapur isn't too far, we mostly focus on sites around Osmanabad. Because it is a dry area, water supply is always on our minds during a build. We are not a big city firm with shiny brochures or people wearing suits. Local workers like us just know how to put a building together. From power outages in the middle of a job to late deliveries from the city, you just learn to deal with those things. Mornings are spent checking on the crew and making sure supplies are ready. Site dust gets into everything, even your tea if you aren't paying attention. Getting the work done without a huge fuss is what we aim for. It is honest work, even if the site gets a bit messy. Building in rural Maharashtra brings challenges like the heat and moving materials to a small village. But this is home, and seeing a new shed or house go up makes the long hours worth it. We just keep our heads down and get on with the task. The work isn't always easy, but it is what we do. Our team stays small and focused on the job at hand. Paperwork happens at the kitchen table sometimes, and that is just fine with us.
