Kulswamini Construction is a local business out in Tq. Bhoom in the Osmanabad district. We operate out of Rajendra Bhanudas Khose’s place. Working in a smaller town like Bhoom is different from the big cities. Everyone knows who you are and what you are working on. We do a lot of construction work around the district. It is a dry area and the heat can be really tough during the summer months. We usually start our work very early in the morning to beat the sun. The office is not a high-rise. It is a practical space where we keep our tools and our paperwork. We deal with a lot of local labor and people who need things built for their farms or houses. Rajendra is usually the one making the decisions and keeping things organized. We do not have a website or any of that fancy stuff. Most of our work comes from people talking to each other in the market. We just focus on doing a decent job so that people keep coming back to us. Osmanabad has its challenges but we have been here for a while and we know how to get things done in this terrain. It is a quiet life but we stay busy with the various building projects that come our way in the Bhoom area. We just try to get the work done.
