Shri Shivsarthi Farmers Producer Company Limited

We operate out of house number 419 in Rohini, which is Krushna Tanhaji Shimpi’s place. It is a local setup here for the farmers in our area. Shri Shivsarthi was started because we felt we could do more if we pooled our resources together. It is not some big company from the city with a lot of money. We are just neighbors working on the same problems every season. Most of the time, you can find one of us sitting there going over the accounts or talking to a neighbor about their harvest. Rohini is our home, and we know almost everyone around here. We deal with the usual crops that grow in this soil. Some years are better than others, that is just how farming goes. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist at the door. If you come by, you might just find us in the middle of sorting something out or loading a truck. We use simple tools and try to help each other when the machines break down or things get difficult. It’s a group of us who decided that being a producer company was the right way to move forward. We don't spend money on advertising because everyone knows where we are located. We just focus on the daily grind. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night. Sometimes we meet under the trees to discuss the next season. It is just a practical way to live.
