Growin Plantation Private Limited

We are based out of a house in Rohini, specifically House No-40 in Block-B3, Sector-16. It is a quiet enough area for the most part. Growin Plantation Private Limited started because we wanted to get more involved in planting and managing land. It isn't a massive corporate setup with hundreds of employees. Usually, it's just a couple of us handling the day-to-day stuff from the office. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites checking on how the trees are doing. Planting things sounds easy until you actually have to make sure they survive the first year. We’ve had our share of failures where things didn't take, but we just keep trying. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We don't have any fancy brochures or a website that looks like a million bucks. Most of our work comes from people who know what we do. It gets hot in the summer and the traffic in Rohini can be a bit of a pain, but we make it work. We try to stay practical about everything. There’s no point in overcomplicating a business that is basically about putting things in the ground. We just show up, do the tasks on the list, and go home. If you are looking for us, look for the house number because there isn't a big sign out front or anything like that.
