Monika Agrotech Private Limited

Our office for Monika Agrotech Private Limited is way up on the third floor in Rohini. We have Flat No 157 and 158 in Pocket 9, Sector-23. Being in North West Delhi, it’s a bit of a trek for some, but it’s home for us. The 110085 area is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet during the day compared to the markets. We use these two flats to run the whole show. One side is more for the paperwork and the other side is where we keep the equipment and samples. Climbing those three flights of stairs keeps us in shape, I guess. We don't have an elevator that works all the time, so we carry things up by hand. It is a very local vibe here. We know the security guards and the folks in the neighboring flats. We deal with agricultural technology, but in a very hands-on way. We aren't sitting in some glass tower. We are right here in the neighborhood. Some days are slow and we just drink tea and talk shop. Other days the phones don't stop ringing. We don't spend money on fancy brochures. We just do the job from our 3rd-floor spot. It’s a basic, functional space where we try to make things work for our clients every single day. We stay pretty focused on the tasks at hand until it is time to lock up and head out for dinner with the family.
