We are located on the first floor of Platinum Enclave in Rohini Sector 18. Pratithi Organic Foods Private Limited is basically just a few of us working out of this space in North West Delhi. Getting set up here took some time, but we finally got the 82-B unit sorted out. We handle organic food products because it is something we actually understand. It is not a huge operation with hundreds of employees. Usually, you will find one or two of us at the desk or checking the inventory. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it is a calm place to work compared to other parts of the city. We spend our days talking to farmers and trying to figure out the best way to get their goods to people’s doors. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls, honestly. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up carrying stuff up the stairs ourselves. We do not have a flashy showroom. We focus on the quality of what we are moving through the warehouse instead. It is a practical business. We started this because we saw a gap in what was available in our part of Delhi. We are not doing anything revolutionary, just trying to sell good food that has not been sprayed with a bunch of chemicals. It is hard work, and the margins are not always great, but we like what we do. If you are around Pocket-I, you might see us moving crates.
