We are over in Rohini, specifically at House No. 40 in Block-B3Sector-16. Organicals Farm Private Limited is mostly just a few of us trying to make something work with the land. It’s a small operation, and we run it right out of this house. We spend most of our mornings figuring out what needs to be done for the day and then we just get to it. It gets pretty busy around here, but it's the kind of work we actually like doing. People often ask what we are all about, and honestly, we just focus on the plants and getting things right. It isn't a fancy corporate setup or anything like that. We started this whole thing because we were interested in how food is grown, even if we are based in a city area like Rohini. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate and things get a bit stressful, but we just keep moving. Our office is right here, which makes it easier to manage everything without a big commute. We don't have a massive team or a marketing department. It is just real people who care about farming. The neighborhood is quiet enough, then things pick up as the day goes on. We try to keep our process simple and not overcomplicate things. If you live around here, you might have seen us coming and going. It’s basically just hard work and making sure the paperwork is done. We’ve been at this for a while and we like the rhythm of it.
