We are based at 50 Ravi Nagar. Medifarm Agrosolutions Private Limited isn't a huge operation with a glass building. It is just a regular spot where we handle our agricultural business. We focus on agrosolutions, which mostly means we try to figure out the best way to help farmers get what they need. Some of us have been in this field for a long time. The office is usually a bit cluttered with samples and bags. People come in and out all day asking questions about their land or what they should plant next. It gets pretty busy on Monday mornings especially. We don't have a big team of experts in suits. Most of us wear regular clothes and don't mind getting our boots dirty. Ravi Nagar is a decent area, and being at number 50 makes us easy to spot. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting different plots. It’s a lot of practical work, not just sitting behind a desk. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out, chatting until it comes back on. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to provide honest help to the people who grow our food. It's a simple business run by people who actually understand the ground they walk on every day. We just take things one day at a time here.
