You can find us at Sector 15 in Rohini, specifically at C 3 37 on the ground floor. It’s a convenient spot in North Delhi, and being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in when they need something. M S A K Batra Associates is a small setup where we handle a variety of local tasks. We aren't a big firm with a bunch of partners in fancy offices. It is just a few of us who know the area and the work well. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays relatively calm compared to the main markets, which we appreciate. Our office is filled with the usual stuff—desks, computers, and a lot of files that seem to grow every month. We don't worry much about having the latest decor or anything like that. As long as the lights work and we have a place to sit, we are good to go. Most of our clients are people from around Rohini or those who have known us for years. We tend to have long conversations with anyone who drops by, as that is just our way of doing things. We don't like to rush people or treat them like just another number. It is about being a part of the local scene and doing our bit to help out with whatever comes our way.
