Us Estate

We are located up on the third floor of the Express Arcade, specifically in room 301. Pitampura is a hectic place to work, especially around the Netaji Subhash Place area. If you have been around here during peak hours, you know how hard it is to find parking or even move on the sidewalk. At Us Estate, we spend most of our mornings just catching up on what has become available in the market. It is a lot of talking on the phone and meeting people who are usually in a huge hurry. We try to be helpful without being too pushy about any particular property. Buying or renting in Delhi is never a simple thing, and there is always some small detail that needs checking before anyone signs anything. We have seen a lot of different people come and go from this office building over the years. Some days are very slow, and we just sit around, drink coffee, and wait for the mail to arrive. Other days, we are out running between different blocks in Pitampura trying to show apartments before the sun goes down. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who know the local area like the back of our hands. We try to keep our paperwork in order, though sometimes the piles on the desk get a bit high when things get busy. It is a practical business, really.
