Om Sai Real Estate Company

We started Om Sai Real Estate Company quite some time ago. Our office is over at No. 17/ 340, right behind the government school in Burari. It’s a busy little spot, especially when school lets out and the kids are everywhere. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a couple of desks, some plastic chairs for people to sit on, and a lot of files stacked up in the corner. My brother and I run things. We spend most of our time talking to folks from the neighborhood about houses or pieces of land. We aren't one of those big, fancy agencies with suits and ties. We just know Burari really well because we live here. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times we just sit and watch the traffic go by while we drink tea. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we never seem to get around to it. We deal with a lot of paperwork and it gets a bit messy on the desk. People usually find us just by walking past the school. We've seen a lot of changes in this area over the years. New shops and homes popping up everywhere. We just try to keep track of it all. It’s hard work being out in the sun looking at plots, but it’s what we do. We’re just local people helping other local people find a place. It’s been our main spot for years.
