Rana Estates

Rana Estates is based over in Shakurpur, specifically in Chhaterpur Enclave at D-45. This part of the city is always growing, so there is always something new happening with land or houses around here. Our office is a simple room with a couple of desks and a bench for visitors. It’s often a bit dusty because of all the construction going on in the neighborhood. We spend most of our time out on the road, taking people to look at plots or checking on different properties. When we are back at the office, we are usually on the phone trying to get things sorted out with buyers and sellers. It’s not a fancy setup at all. We have an old cooler that makes a lot of noise but it keeps us from melting in the heat. Chhaterpur has its own set of challenges with narrow lanes and busy traffic, but we know the shortcuts by heart. We don't use any big marketing tricks. People find us because they saw the board outside or someone told them we were here. We’ve been helping people find their way through the property market in this area for a good while. It's mostly about knowing who is selling what and being honest about the state of the land. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving. There is always a lot of paperwork to file at the end of the week.
