Unique Global Impex

Unique Global Impex is located over at A/C 142 D in Shalimar Bagh. We’re a bit tucked away, which we don’t mind. Our work involves a lot of importing and exporting, which basically means we spend half our lives dealing with shipping schedules and customs documents. It’s not as exciting as it sounds. Mostly, it’s making sure that a container that’s supposed to be in one place actually ends up there. We deal with a variety of goods, depending on what the market needs at the time. The office in Shalimar Bagh is where we handle all the logistics. It’s a modest space with a few computers and a lot of filing cabinets. We’re a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you’re on the phone with a shipping line, and the next you’re checking a packing list. We don’t have a big fancy sign or anything. Most of our business comes from people we’ve known for years. We like the neighborhood; it’s a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs, which helps when you need to focus on complex paperwork. Sometimes the internet goes down or a shipment gets delayed, and we just have to figure it out. That’s just the way it is in the import-export world. We keep our heads down, stay busy, and try to make sure everything gets where it needs to go on time. It's a lot of coordination and late nights.
