I Pack [Innovative Packaging]

Working out of B-99 in the G. T. Karnal Road Industrial Area means dealing with a lot of dust and noise every single day. We are right near Ashok Vihar and just behind the Shakti Nagar telephone exchange, which is how most people find us when they get lost. I Pack is basically a place filled with rolls of material and machines that never seem to stop humming. We call it Innovative Packaging on the papers, but to us, it’s just the warehouse where we spend ten hours a day. The trucks come in early and block the narrow lane, so we usually have to start moving things before the sun is even fully up. It’s not a glamorous job, pulling levers and checking seals, but someone has to do it. The tea stall around the corner is where we all go when the machines get too loud. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit on the crates waiting for the generator to kick in. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the stock piled up to the ceiling, but we know where everything is. You learn to navigate the stacks without thinking about it. We just focus on getting the orders out to the people who need them. It’s a busy life in this part of town, always moving and always something to wrap or box up.
