Unique Fragrances

We have our little place over at Kd-197 in the Pitampura area. It is mostly a residential neighborhood, so things are a bit quieter here than in the big markets. You can usually figure out which house is ours because of the different scents drifting out. We work with all kinds of oils and perfumes in this space. The rooms are filled with glass bottles of every size you can imagine. Some are tiny vials and others are huge jugs. We spend a lot of time mixing things and measuring out drops. It can be a messy process if you aren't careful. There are spills on the tables sometimes. We have been doing this for a long time now. My hands usually smell like sandalwood or maybe jasmine even after I go home and wash them. It is not a fancy boutique with a glass front. It is more like a workshop where we get our hands dirty. We have wooden shelves lining almost every wall. Sometimes we run out of shelf space and have to move boxes into the hallway. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that. It is just a few of us here. We take the orders as they come and pack them up ourselves. The neighbors are used to the smells by now. Sometimes the courier gets lost in the KD block so we go out to find him. It is just a normal day.
