Tricon International

Our office is up on the ninth floor, room 903, in the Aggarwal Millennium Towers. Being in Netaji Subhash Place means we are surrounded by lots of other companies and food stalls. Tricon International is just one of many businesses in this big glass building, but we have our own way of doing things. We don't have any of those modern open-plan offices with bean bags. It is just desks, computers, and a lot of files. We focus on our work and try not to get distracted by all the noise outside. The view from the window is mostly of other buildings and the busy metro station nearby. We spend our day talking to clients and making sure our records are up to date. It is a lot of routine work, but it keeps the lights on. We are a small group and we don't have a big hierarchy. If something needs to be done, whoever is free just does it. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation with polished speeches. We just speak plainly and try to be helpful. Pitam Pura is a good place to be based because everything is accessible. We often grab lunch from the local vendors downstairs and get back to work quickly. It is a practical life, and we are happy with how things are going. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized amid the chaos of the city. We are here from morning until the sun goes down.
