Tipco Engineering Works

Our main office is located in Sector-11, Rohini, specifically in Pocket F-1. It is more of a quiet, residential-style setup compared to the big factories out in the suburbs. We have been using House No. 117-118 as our base for years now. Most of the engineering talk happens right here in these rooms. It is not a huge place, but it serves its purpose for keeping our records and handling the bits of business that do not happen on a shop floor. Rohini is a big place, and being in Sector-11 means we are close to some of the local markets, which is handy when we need supplies or a quick bite to eat. The neighbors know us, and we try not to make too much of a fuss. The desks are usually piled with drawings and invoices, and there is always a fan whirring somewhere in the corner to keep the heat away. It feels more like a home that turned into a workspace over time. People drop in, we discuss the latest jobs, and then they head back out to wherever the actual work is being installed. It is a simple setup. Nothing too complicated or formal about it. We just open up in the morning, do what needs doing, and close up when the day is through. We do not have a receptionist or anything, just whoever is closest to the door answers it when someone knocks.
