The Bone A Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Clinic

Setting up in Rohini Sector 8 at B-4/33 was a deliberate choice since this part of Delhi is always moving. Most people know we are right near Ganesh Lab, which makes it easy to give directions over the phone when someone is lost. At The Bone A Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Clinic, the day starts early with the sound of exercise bands stretching and the hum of the machines we use. It’s a bit of a workout for us too, helping people through their movements and making sure they are doing their stretches the right way. The clinic isn't huge, so you definitely get to know the regulars who come in three times a week for their sessions. We have some chairs in the waiting area that have seen better days, but they are comfortable enough for a short wait. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, especially during rush hour, but we just keep the fans going and focus on the person in front of us. It’s hard work for the patients, and we see plenty of frustrated faces when progress feels slow, but that is just how rehab goes. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just us here trying to make sure people can move their arms or legs again without making a face. The floor is easy to clean, which is good because people bring in a lot of dust from the street.
