The Physio Clinic

We've been here at Shop No. F-174 in Block F of Prashant Vihar for a while now. It's a busy spot near Balaji Mandir. Most people around here know us as The Physio Clinic. It's just a regular place where we try to help folks get moving again. The Delhi heat can be a lot, but the clinic is usually a quiet space to focus on recovery. We see a lot of neighbors from around the 110085 area coming in. Some have been coming for years, others just find us because they live nearby. It isn't a fancy setup, just a practical clinic with the tools we need for the job. Sometimes the traffic near the temple gets a bit heavy, especially during festival times, but finding the shop isn't too hard once you're in the F-Block area of Prashant Vihar. We spend our days dealing with various aches and stiff joints. It’s honest work and we don't try to make it more complicated than it is. Being part of this community matters to us. We try to keep things straightforward and down to earth. No big corporate vibes here, just us doing our thing. You might see us grabbing tea nearby or walking around the block during a break. That’s pretty much the story of our little corner here. We keep the doors open and do what we can for anyone who walks in needing some help with their physical health. It’s what we do every day.
