Shri Physiotherapy Clinic

We have been here in Sant Nagar for a quite some time now. It is tucked away right near the M2K cinema and that BTW wala spot that everyone in Rani Bagh knows about. The clinic stays pretty busy, especially in the early mornings when people are trying to get their exercises finished before they head off to their jobs. It is just a regular, no-frills place where we help folks move around a bit better than they did yesterday. Sometimes the traffic outside on the main road gets really noisy, but inside we just try to focus on the stretches and the different heat packs we use. We see a lot of older people from the neighborhood coming in, many of whom just want to be able to walk to the market without too much pain. The rooms here are not fancy or anything like that, but they are kept clean and we have all the basic machines you would expect for this kind of work. Most of our day is spent showing people how to do their movements correctly so they do not end up hurting themselves again at home. It involves a lot of talking and just listening to how someone is feeling or how their back is holding up this week. We do not have a big corporate reception area, just a simple desk and a few chairs where people sit and wait their turn. It really feels more like a small community hub than a cold hospital.
