Rohini Sector 7 is where we have been for a lot of years. Our office is at Pkt C-7/25. It is a very typical Delhi neighborhood setup. We are Swati Associates & Property Dealers. We do not have a team of people in expensive suits or a big fancy lobby with a fountain. It is just a straightforward place where we handle local real estate for the people in our community. Sector 7 is a busy area with lots of families and small shops everywhere. We know which pockets are better for a bit of peace and which ones are right near the main markets and the noise. Dealing with property in Rohini takes a lot of actual legwork. We are always out on the street looking at flats or meeting with different owners. We don't like using a lot of fancy talk or marketing tricks. We just tell you what the rent is and what the legal paperwork looks like. Most people who come to us are just looking for a decent home for their family to live in. We try to keep things as simple as we can for them. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with old files and maps laying around, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the phone, just like everyone else does these days. If you walk by C-7, you really cannot miss our sign. We are not trying to be the biggest agency. We just do our work and go home.
