You’ll find us over at D 89 in Badarpur Budh Vihar. We are pretty close to the Sibbal Cinema on Mathura Road. It’s a lively neighborhood and there is always something going on outside the window. Ssv Real Estate Pvt Ltd has been based here for a while. We handle a lot of the property stuff around this side of the city. The office is usually a bit cluttered with folders and maps of the local blocks. We spend our days talking to people who want to move into the area or maybe sell what they have. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just a lot of walking around and checking out different sites. Mathura Road stays busy, so there’s always a bit of a hum from the traffic. We’ve seen the cinema change hands and the shops around us come and go. Our team is small, just a few of us who know the streets around here pretty well. We don't do big presentations. Usually, we just grab a tea and sit down to look at the prices and the locations. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up at the registry, which can be frustrating for everyone. We just try to get through the day and help the next person who walks through the door at D 89. It’s practical work and it keeps us on our toes. The coffee is usually cold by the time we drink it.
