Our location is B-21 in the Mangol Puri Industrial Area, Phase-II. It’s a typical industrial spot with plenty of warehouses and small factories nearby. The building is a big blocky structure that we’ve been using for quite some time. When you walk in, you’re greeted by the sight of mattresses in various stages of being finished. There are rolls of fabric, big bags of foam, and stacks of wooden frames. The floor is mostly concrete, and it gets pretty dusty with all the materials moving around. We have a small office area near the front where we handle the orders and talk to customers who drop by. It’s not a fancy showroom; it’s more about showing the products as they are. The sound of tape dispensers and heavy lifting is pretty constant. We usually have the big shutter doors open to let in some air, though that also lets in the noise from the street. During lunch, we usually gather in a small corner to eat and talk about whatever is on the news. We aren't big on formalities here; everyone just pitches in to get the mattresses loaded onto the vans. It’s a straightforward way to work. The area is always busy with other businesses doing the same thing, so there’s a real sense of being in a working neighborhood. We just focus on the daily routine of inventory and getting the deliveries ready.
