Sourcing India Co Ltd is located at 802, Gd-Itl-North Ex. Towers, which is on the 8th floor in Netaji Subhash Place, Pitam Pura. Being on the 8th floor gives us a pretty good view of the Pitam Pura area, although we are usually too busy with the phones to look out much. The North Ex Towers is a busy hub, and the elevators can be a real pain during the lunch hour when everyone is trying to get down at once. Our office is a mix of modern cubicles and stacks of samples that don't really fit anywhere. We try to keep things tidy, but when you are sourcing products from all over, things tend to pile up quickly. There is a small pantry in the corner where someone is always burnt the toast or making way too much coffee. It’s a professional enough setup, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We have some plants on the windowsills that are struggling a bit because we forget to water them, but they add a bit of green to the place. Most of us have been working here for years, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change and grow around the towers. It is a high-paced environment, but we still take the time to sit and talk about our weekends. It is just a group of regular people trying to manage the sourcing world from a tall building in Delhi.
