You can find us right across from Hans Cinema at A-70 on G.T. Karnal Road. Being in an industrial area means there is always traffic and noise outside. We spend our days working on different home appliances. It’s mostly fixing things or putting together parts for older models. The floor is usually covered in boxes and spare wires. We started this because we liked seeing how things work inside. Sometimes we have a lot of stock and other times the shelves look a bit empty. It depends on the week. We aren't some big showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a workshop where we actually handle the stuff we sell. If a fan or a heater breaks, people know they can bring it over. We don't use a lot of fancy computers for the records; mostly we just write things down in a big diary. It can get pretty hot in the summer with all the motors running. My brother and a couple of helpers are usually around to carry the heavy boxes. We keep the doors open to get a bit of a breeze. It's a simple setup. We don't spend money on big signs or ads. People just know us from being in the neighborhood for so long. We'll be here until the evening when we lock up and head home to get some rest.
