Sky Lark Properties

Our office is right here on the Pitampura Main Road, Pd-29/A, just a short walk from the TV Tower. You can't miss the tower when you're coming this way. I’ve lived in this part of the city for most of my life, so starting Sky Lark Properties here made sense. It’s a busy road, and we get all sorts of people walking in. Some are looking for a small flat, others want something bigger for their kids. The traffic outside is constant, but inside we try to keep things simple. We have a lot of maps and old files piled up. It might look a bit messy, but we know exactly where everything is. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. Most of our work comes from people telling their neighbors about us. We know the blocks and the sectors around here like the back of our hands. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just explaining the local layout to someone new. It’s not just about selling; it’s about making sure people know what they’re getting into. The TV Tower is a good landmark for us. If someone gets lost, we just tell them to look up. We keep the doors open most of the day, even when it’s hot outside. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but that is how real estate works in a place like Pitampura. We’re just here doing our bit every day, trying to stay organized amidst all the city noise.
