Singh Properties & Std Pco

Singh Properties & Std Pco is located at 124-A Pitampura. We have an interesting setup because we handle real estate and also have the STD PCO side of things. It is a bit of an old-school way to run a business, but it keeps us very busy. People come in to make calls or pay bills and end up asking about local property prices or flats for rent. Pitampura is a crowded area with a lot going on, so our office is never really quiet. We have been at this address for a long time, and we have seen the neighborhood grow and get much busier. Managing both the property side and the phone booth means we are always multitasking. Sometimes we are helping someone with a long-distance call while also showing a map of a nearby apartment to a family. It is a lot to keep track of, but it works for us. We don't have any corporate polish; we just talk to people like they are our neighbors, which they usually are. The office is small and filled with the sound of the phone ringing and people chatting. We handle the usual buying, selling, and renting, mostly just focused on the blocks around Pitampura. It is a simple, local life, and we just keep the doors open and do our work every day.
