Shri Mahadev Properties

We are located right here in Pkt 525/4 in Rohini Sector 24. It’s a busy enough spot and we’ve been working from this office for quite some time now. Most days start with opening up the shutters and seeing who’s around the neighborhood. Shri Mahadev Properties isn't some big fancy corporate thing, just a local office where we help people find houses or maybe sell a bit of land they don't need anymore. People around Rohini know where to find us. We sit here, have some tea, and talk about what’s going on in the market. Sometimes it’s quiet and sometimes everyone comes in at once. There’s no big secret to how we work. We just know the streets around Sector 24 really well because we spend all our time here. If someone is looking for a flat or wants to know about a specific plot, they just drop by the desk. We don’t have any shiny brochures or complicated websites that look like they belong in a movie. It’s just us and our registers and a few phones. It can get a bit dusty with the construction nearby but that’s just how it is. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. Some new buildings went up and some old shops changed hands. We just keep doing our thing, helping folks with their paperwork and making sure they don’t get lost in the process of buying something. Anyway, that’s who we are and what we do. We're just here every day.
