We are located at B-102 in Pushpanjali Enclave, which is a nice part of Pitampura. Our office is tucked away in the residential block, making it a quiet place to sit and discuss property matters. Pitampura is a big area with lots of different pockets, but we mainly focus on Pushpanjali and the surrounding enclaves. We’ve been here for a good number of years and have seen the neighborhood grow and fill up. Most of our day is spent talking to residents or people looking to move into the enclave. We deal with houses, floors, and sometimes commercial plots nearby. It’s a very personal way of working because we live and work in the same community. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s just a room with some files and a couple of chairs where we can talk comfortably. People stop by to ask about the current market or if any new floors are being built. We give them the information we have and try to be as helpful as possible without any pressure. It’s a steady business, and we take pride in knowing the local history of every plot in the enclave. That’s just how we do things here in Pitampura. We know the neighbors and we know the buildings, so it makes the work much simpler for everyone involved.
