Shiv Properties Store

Shiv Properties Store is located over at Lado Sarai, right at Plot No F/207. We have been working out of this small office for a good number of years now. It is a simple place where we handle local real estate stuff like renting out flats or helping people buy a small bit of land nearby. Lado Sarai is a busy area with lots of narrow lanes and old buildings, so we spend a lot of time walking around showing properties to folks who stop by. We don't have a big team or a fancy website, it is mostly just us sitting at the desk, taking calls, and filling out paperwork. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other days it is quiet enough to just sit and have tea. Dealing with property can be a bit of a headache with all the legal documents and picky owners, but we try to keep things moving as best as we can. Most people who come to us are just looking for a decent place to live or a shop to start their own thing. We know the landlords around here and which buildings have issues with water or electricity. It’s honest work and we have lived in this part of town for a long time, so we know the shortcuts and the history of the plots.
