Sheetal Real Estate is based at P No-138 Pocket 16 Sector 24 Rohini Near Rithala Metro Station, which makes it handy for people coming from other parts of Delhi. Being in Sector 24, we see a lot of folks looking for a bit more space or trying to find a home near the metro line. Our office at Pocket 16 is where we spend most of our mornings before heading out to show properties. Rohini is a big place, but we focus mainly on the sectors near us. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished website. It’s mostly word of mouth and people seeing our sign near the station. Dealing with real estate in Rohini means you have to know the different pockets and what the rules are for each area. We’ve picked up a lot of that knowledge just by being here every day. It’s a lot of phone calls and keeping track of who is moving where. Sometimes the metro noise is just part of the background of our workday. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city. We just want to do a decent job for the people who walk into our office at P No-138. It’s a busy life but it keeps us connected to the neighborhood and we like it that way. Most days are long but it feels good to help someone find a spot.
