We’re over in Rohini, specifically in Pkt 8/290 of Sector 24. It’s a very residential part of town, so things stay relatively quiet compared to the main markets. We like it that way. Most of the people we talk to are families living right here in the sector. We’ve been operating from this same spot for a while now. The office is just a small room where we keep all our records. We don’t use any high-tech systems, just some notebooks and our own knowledge of the local blocks. When people come in, we usually just pull up a chair and talk. It’s a very relaxed environment. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm. We just know the streets and the buildings in Sector 24 really well. Sometimes we walk around the neighborhood just to see what’s new or who is moving. It’s a good way to stay connected to what’s happening. The park nearby is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. We generally stay open late because that’s when people get home from their jobs and have time to talk about property. It’s a lot of work, but we’ve lived in this area for years, so it feels natural to be helping out neighbors. No fancy promises, just a local office doing what we do every day. We just take things one day at a time here.
