We are located on the first floor over in Rohini Sector 7, at C-7/231. It’s a residential block, so it feels more like a home than a corporate office. We spend most of our time talking to people about houses and shops in the neighborhood. The desks are usually covered in listings and local maps. It’s a small space, so you can hear everyone talking at once when it gets busy. We see a lot of families coming in, looking for a place to move or trying to sell their old apartment. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know this part of Rohini really well. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and walking around to show people different properties. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, so we always tell people to watch their step. It's a casual place; we aren't wearing fancy suits or anything. We just sit down with a glass of water and talk about what’s available. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we get through it. It’s a local business through and through. We just help folks navigate the local property market without making it too big a deal. Most of our clients end up becoming people we see at the market or around the park. It's a good community to be part of.
