SDK ESTATES LLP

Mukherjee Nagar is always crowded, especially with all the students and shops around. SDK ESTATES LLP is up on the 3rd floor at number 641. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes in these older buildings. We spend most of our time looking at local listings and helping folks find a spot to stay or set up a small office in North West Delhi. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just making phone calls and checking property documents. The office is right in the thick of things. You can hear the traffic and the street noise from the window all afternoon. We’ve stayed in this area because it’s where everything is happening. Real estate here moves fast, so we just try to keep up with what’s actually available. Sometimes we're just sitting here with the fan on, waiting for a client to show up or sorting through old files. It's a local business through and through. Nothing corporate about it, just a few people trying to make a living by helping others navigate the property market in this part of Delhi. We know the corners of Mukherjee Nagar well. If you’re around, you’ll see our small sign out front. It’s a simple setup, just chairs and desks and a lot of registers. We don’t do big advertisements, just word of mouth mostly, and that seems to work fine for us.
