Sandeep Plastoware

If you head out to the D.S.I.D.C. industrial area in Narela, you will eventually find us at A-259. It is a massive zone for factories, so it is always a bit dusty and loud with big trucks moving in and out of the gates. We make plastic items here. The machines are pretty big and they generate a lot of heat throughout the day, so the ceiling fans are always spinning on high. We have been at this for a long time. Sandeep Plastoware is not some high-tech laboratory; it is a real factory floor where people are working hard and getting their hands dirty. There are bins of plastic pellets and stacks of finished goods sitting everywhere you look. Sometimes the floor gets a bit cluttered when a big shipment is being prepared to go out. We do not wear suits or ties here. It is all about getting the job done, so we are usually in old clothes or overalls. The rhythm of the machines is something you just get used to after working here for a few days. We have our tea breaks together, usually sitting on some plastic crates near the front entrance to catch a little bit of a breeze. Narela is a bit of a far drive for some people, but for us, it is just where the work happens. We do not have a big website. We just focus on the molds and the plastic.
