We are based in Rohini, specifically at D-5/42 in the Sector-15 MIG area. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels quite local and grounded. Our office is basically just a room in the building where we handle all the property work. We focus on this part of Rohini because it's what we know the most about. Most of our day is spent talking to owners and people looking to move into the area. We’ve seen Sector-15 change quite a bit over the years. We keep a simple ledger of who is selling and who is looking. There are no fancy digital screens here, just us and our notebooks. It’s a quiet life for the most part, though things can get busy during the moving season. We like being in the MIG section because the people are friendly and we’ve become part of the neighborhood. If you walk by, you’ll probably see us having a tea or chatting with one of the residents. We don't use any corporate talk. We just tell you what the rent is and what the landlord is like. It’s important to be honest so people can make a good choice. We aren't a big agency with multiple branches. It's just this one spot where we do our business every day. We know the parks and the markets around here very well.
