Sahyog Physiotherapy & Rehabiltation Clinic

Our place, Sahyog Physiotherapy & Rehabiltation Clinic, is tucked away inside Sahara School in Pitampura. If you’re familiar with the Delhi 110034 area, you probably know where the Kilonidevi Dharamshala is. We are right near there in the Rp-Block. It’s an interesting spot because you have to come into the school grounds to find us. We aren't some big corporate medical center. It’s just a local clinic for people who need help moving again. We see a lot of folks from the Rp-Block who have back pain or maybe they hurt their leg. The clinic has the usual stuff like exercise balls, some weights, and treatment tables. It’s a bit lived-in, but it works for what we do. The school kids are around during the day, so there’s some life to the place. We do our best to help everyone who comes in with a limp or a sore shoulder. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us. Sometimes we’re busy with three people at once, and other times it’s quiet. We like being near the dharamshala because it’s a good landmark for people who aren't from this exact part of Pitampura. We just focus on the rehab work. Nothing fancy. We’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know where the gate is. It’s just a simple, honest physiotherapy spot in a busy part of Delhi. We stay open and just do our daily work for the people here.
