Sahara (India) Home Appliances is located at 16, Sainik Vihar in Pitam Pura. We are right in the middle of a residential neighborhood, which makes it feel a lot different than a big shopping mall. Our shop is a place where local families come when their fridge starts making a weird noise or they need a new fan for the bedroom. We have been here for a while and have seen the kids in the neighborhood grow up. The shop itself is filled with all sorts of gadgets and machines. We have mixers, irons, and heaters lining the shelves. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when more than two people are inside at the same time. Sometimes we have old appliances sitting near the entrance that we are taking apart for spares. It is not the neatest shop in Pitam Pura, but we know where everything is. We do a lot of repair work as well as selling new things. People bring in their broken toasters and we take a look to see if they can be saved. We do not have a big sales team or anything corporate like that. Usually, it is just one of us behind the counter ready to help. We like being in Sainik Vihar because it is a friendly community. We just go about our business every day, fixing what is broken and helping people keep their homes running smoothly. It is simple work but it keeps us connected to the people living around us.
